Group Offerings

Group Coaching

Group Coaching offers support to groups of 4 to 6 teachers who are looking for the support and structure of coaching, but aren’t drawn to the one-on-one format.

Group Coaching leverages the power of community and connection to catalyze shifts in perspectives and action. The act of bearing witness to the struggles and successes of others can be a transformational experience. Group coaching offers support of a community of teachers who are also committed to finding a way to live in fuller alignment with their values and personal visions.

Coaching sessions are 60 minutes and are held online using a video conferencing platform. The cost is $50 per person.

We are currently developing a system to match individuals who are looking for group coaching. For the time-being we are asking for groups of friends and colleagues to self-organize into groups.

Creative Facilitation for Groups

Creative facilitation (a.k.a. ‘convening’ or ‘hosting’) allows groups to come together and to access their collective wisdom to build community, find solutions or to co-create together.

Through skillful design, creative facilitation allows teams and other groups to drop down and access their deepest knowing. This allows for solutions and ideas to surface from a generative level, avoiding the trap of reinforcing or replaying old patterns and approaches.

Our creative facilitator can work with your whole staff, or a department/division/committee within the school. They can also work with a group of various stakeholders, including teachers, parents and administration. In all of these cases, groups are empowered to hold authentic conversations around meaningful questions. When given the chance to really speak to the heart of the matter, it is remarkable how much groups can achieve in a relatively short amount of time.
